The next quarter of our quadrant is the bottom right:Ā formal, systemic changesĀ to the way ā€œbusiness as usualā€ is conducted. This type of social change includes changes in policy and legislation from actors across the social system, namely governments and big businesses. This type of change is important because the way society and social institutions conduct ā€œbusiness as usualā€ can often address many of the root causes of systemic issues.
