Informal, Individual/Collective Change

Finally, the bottom left quarter of our quadrant: informal, systemic changes to the institutions that make up our social system (such as healthcare, education, justice) outside of officially sanctioned channels like policy and legislation. This is all about allowing institutions to improve the realities for communities at large through their ability to shape cultural norms, exclusionary practices, and living conditions.
