Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if the services we provide fail to meet a consumer guarantee. These guarantees include that services will be provided with due care and skill, fit for the specified purpose, and delivered within a reasonable time.

If a program does not meet these guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy such as a repair, replacement, or refund.

14-Day Change of Mind Refund Policy

In addition to your rights under the ACL, we offer a 14-day change of mind refund policy for all paid programs. The details are as follows:

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or enrolment date.

• To be eligible for a refund under this policy:

  • You must submit your request in writing via email to [email protected]

  • The request must be received within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the original purchase.

• Refunds will not be provided after the 14-day period has expired unless required under the ACL.

Exceptions

Our 14-day change of mind policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Where a significant portion of the program has already been accessed or completed by the participant.

• Where program materials have been downloaded in full, making them non-returnable.

• Where the request is made outside the 14-day period, unless a consumer guarantee under the ACL applies.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your full name, contact details, program name, and proof of purchase.

3. State the reason for your request.

We will respond to your request within 5 business days and confirm the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
